Talking cat Chi Chi sentences stray to frozen death.
It's not too late to adopt this cat. I can't let the stray in the house. Someone in Richmond will see what a lovely cat and perfect pet she would be. Adopt the stray because it can't live here. Chi answers "NO" to questions involving the stray. I ask Chi,"Are you sure?" and you can hear her reply,"I'm sure".
It was sleeting when i filmed this.
This is a special cat, very friendly, lovely colors, sweet disposition.

UPDATE She as adopted by a neighbor so I'll still see her around the yard. Chi, the talking cat, and the stray worked up an agreement during the 4 weeks I saved her from Winter.
